Breath of Bwonsamdi: Obtained from bosses in the new raid Battle for Dazar'alor and used for crafting new epic 400 and 415 item level profession gear.

Tidalcore: Obtained from bosses when running Heroic and Mythic level dungeons in BfA and used for crafting new epic 385 item level profession gear.

The older reagents, such as Sanguicell, can be obtained through new transmutes from all professions. Similar to Hydrocore and Sanguicell, they are used to craft new Epic quality profession gear coming with Patch 8.1. Two new materials have been added for professions: Tidalcore and Breath of Bwonsamdi. From there it upgrades to an Empowered Abyssal Focus and finally a Radiating Abyssal Focus. When first unlocked it will be a 'Restored Abyssal Focus'. Once upgraded, you can always craft gear that requires the Abyssal Focus at a level equal to or below the Abyssal Focus's upgrade level. Unlocking and upgrading the Abyssal Focus is permanent. The Abyssal Focus is located on Nazjatar, so the intro to Nazjatar must be completed to access it. Instead, you need to unlock and upgrade a crafting-station-like system called the Abyssal Focus. New recipes no longer directly require materials from dungeons and raids such as Tidalcore, Sanguicell and Breath of Bwonsamdi. In Patch 8.2, the ability to craft the raid quality (410/425/440) gear is a bit different than what it was for Uldir and Battle of Dazar'alor.

These new reagents obtained from Nazjatar are required in almost all new recipes.

All recipes have new items to craft, including higher item level gear, stronger consumables, and new enchants.Raid quality gear now always comes with a gem socket.Most of the new patterns will require you to level up your skill level to this new cap in order to craft new items. The maximum skill level of all primary professions are going up to 175 (Old cap was 150).
