If you are placed on a team and you cancel after the placement, no refund will be provided. If you cancel less then 21 days before the tournament date, no refund will be provided. If you cancel more than 21 days before the tournament date, a fee of $25 (processing fee) will be charged for each participant and the remaining balance will be refunded to the registrant’s card that was utilized at the time of payment.

Should Shooting Star reschedule an event the Refund Policy (see below) will be adhered to.Īll individual player fees are paid in full at time of booking registration. Shooting Star or its staff will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any individual, team, club or organization if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.Īny withdraws or cancelations on the Individuals behalf prior to Shooting Star tournament will continue to follow the established Refund Policy (see below). Should the Shooting Star event be cancelled due to federal mandates related to COVID- 19, all individuals will be refunded the tournament fee MINUS a $25.00 processing/administrative charge.
